What is FOCAS?
FOCAS (Friends of the Chico Animal Shelter) is a non-profit formed by a group of Chico Animal Shelter supporters to help the shelter in any way needed. While our main function is as a fundraising group, FOCAS has also sponsored and put on free microchip clinics, educational meetings open to the public, and other activities as needed to support and assist the shelter!
